The Founders

Kjersti Øritsland and Knut Øritsland are the intitators of SHARE.

Kjersti got her Bachelor Degree in Social Education at Western University of Applied Science. For more than 25 years, she has worked with different people that are intellectually disabled, have serious substance abuse problems and those with mental disorders. Knut got his Master Degree in Life Science at the University in Bergen. He has innovation experience from a variety of industries. Knut was a senior consultant in PwC Consulting and worked for an internet company for five years. For the last 15 years he has been working as an executive search consultant focusing on energy and digital solutions, at board, executive and senior level.
